Data retention modes and period
The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("storage limitation principle", art.5, GDPR) or on the basis of the deadlines established by law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
All data is stored in spaces accessible only to the data controller and normal security measures have been set up to prevent loss or unauthorized access.
In case of violation, users will be notified via e-mail within seven working days.
In any case, false e-mail addresses or misleading subjects will never be used, nor will they be sent advertising messages.
If there is no legitimate business need for the processing of personal data, these will be deleted, anonymised or stored securely and made inaccessible for any further processing until it can be cancelled.
Rights of the interest party

Requirement or not of the provision of data
The provision of data is for some optional fields and for others (indicated by an asterisk) mandatory: failure to provide the mandatory data involves NOT sending the sheet/form.
Granting consent to the processing of data through a dedicated tick is optional, but essential to proceed with the submission of the sheet/form.
Data processing methods
The personal data provided will form the subject of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations to which the activity of the Data Controller is based. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper support and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures envisaged by the GDPR.
